Key Responsibilities :
Customer Acquisition :
- Acquire clients with investable surplus of 1 Cr. – 5 Cr. and above.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Financial Planning & Portfolio Management :
Provide financial planning and portfolio services to clients.Execute transactions post financial planning and periodically as required.Manage Private Wealth, PMS, and AIF fund-related queries.Ensure discipline in asset allocation and adherence to risk parameters.Client Servicing & Engagement :
Drive strong client servicing and engagement to enhance credibility and deliver superior value.Continuously monitor client positions and portfolio allocations.Ensure compliance with internal and external financial advisory guidelines and risk policies.Revenue Generation & Business Growth :
Achieve a balance of revenue streams through MF sales for steady annuity and other asset classes.Continuously scan competition and market trends, reporting new business opportunities.Ensure delivery of MIS reports as per requirements.Sales Process & Standards :
Establish standardized and efficient sales processes for quality control and efficient customer service delivery.Continuous learning to maintain competitive advantage.Skills Required
