We’re building the future of healthcare automation — starting with the post-acute, value-based care space, where both medication overload and revenue cycle complexity are driving unnecessary costs and poor outcomes. Founded by Dev Roy (2x exited founder), our start-up is building multi-agent LLM systems that operate with transparency, accuracy, and traceability — tackling two of the hardest problems in the healthcare stack : medication optimization and revenue cycle management (RCM).

We’re looking for an Engineering Lead who can both build and lead — someone who is excited to own the architecture, ship fast, and guide a small team as we scale. If you enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting quickly, and getting features from idea → shipped → improved, you’ll love working with us.

1. What You’ll Do

• Own the tech roadmap and make core architectural decisions for backend, frontend, and DevOps.
• Be hands-on : design and build backend services in Python, scalable APIs, and data models (MongoDB / SQL / NoSQL).
• Work closely with the frontend team and contribute to our React codebase when needed.
• Lead and mentor a small, sharp engineering team — code reviews, pairing, guidance.
• Ship fast, iterate fast, and maintain a balance between short-term speed and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate directly with Founders, Design, and Product on what to build, why, and how.
