Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of IT to lead the enhancement and support of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional people management skills, and a proven track record in process design and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the ERP system and related processes.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities and modules within the Oracle EBS ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management and ERP support.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of the ERP system.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS ERP systems.Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.Excellent organizational and process design skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable.Skills and Competencies :
In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and functionality.Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and other relevant programming languages.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
