Responsibilities :

• Supporting key production Time systems - Global ADP Enterprise eTime / ADP Workforce Manager & Global Secure File Movement (MFT).
• Supporting application architecture, including components such as user interface (eTime), security, middleware, and infrastructure (i.e., connectivity / automation to payroll, HR)
• Participate in all phases of designing, upgrade / patches (eTime upgrade / migration to Workforce Manager), specification design, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting reporting and customizations
• Participating in solution architecture design reviews while following uniform enterprise-wide application design standards
• Support Business Unit customers during project deployments globally.
• Write technical specifications.
• Perform Data Analytics, and reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners to address performance issues.
• Should be able to design and define technical requirements for ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo and Workday system based on functional requirements.
• Provide assistance in design of Workday integrations and reporting for time projects and able to troubleshoot Workday technical issues related to integrations.
• Should be able to understand Workday HR, ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo and ADP eTime system data requirements for integrations.
• Support data transfer and data load requirement to support data needs for payroll and time system.
