Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments (IT, HR, Finance, Logistics)
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead a team of 50+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal value
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic business initiatives

Must-Have Skills

10+ years in operations management (tech industry preferred)

Process Optimization : Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile methodologies

Tech-Savvy : ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM tools (Salesforce), and data analytics platforms

Leadership : Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams

Financial Acumen : Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise

Communication : Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi a plus)
