We are looking for a 'Marketing Associate' who will be responsible for Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Drive lead nurturing and customer retention through targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns, marketing automation, and website journey optimization.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing :
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads and drive enrollments.
- Develop automated workflows based on user behavior and segmentation.
- Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content to enhance open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
- Conduct A / B testing to improve messaging, timing, and engagement.
Customer Nurturing & Retention :
Develop lead nurturing strategies for prospective parents at different stages of the funnel.Implement drip campaigns to convert leads into enrollments.Collaborate with the admissions team for seamless lead handover and follow-ups.Improve parent engagement and retention through personalized communication.Website Journey Mapping & Optimization :
Analyze and optimize the customer journey across KLAYs website to improve conversions.Identify drop-off points and work with the UX / UI and development team to enhance user experience.Create landing pages optimized for lead capture and engagement.Ensure website forms, CTAs, and lead generation elements are user-friendly and high-converting.Marketing Automation & CRM :
Use marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, MoEngage, or similar) to manage workflows.Ensure nurturing campaigns are data-driven and continuously optimized.Maintain and update the CRM database to enhance targeting and personalization.Performance Tracking & Insights :
Monitor key KPIs (open rates, CTRs, response rates, website drop-offs, and conversions).Analyze data to refine and improve campaign performance.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on nurturing channel effectiveness.Key Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, customer nurturing, and website optimization.Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.) and WhatsApp automation platforms.Understanding of customer segmentation, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and website journey mapping.Strong copywriting skills for concise, engaging, and conversion-driven messaging.Proficiency in A / B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking.Prior experience in education, edtech, or service-based industries is a plus.Skills Required
