Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect who will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the process from concept development to construction administration.

Responsibilities :

Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.

Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.

Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects in Mumbai.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with BIM and SketchUp is a plus.

Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
