Juris De Jure Law Firm is a reputed legal service provider in the Banking & Finance sector, specializing in Title Search Reports (TSR), property due diligence, document vetting, and registration-related legal processes for banks and financial institutions.

Role Overview :

We are hiring experienced Legal Managers (Title Search Specialists) for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of land laws, property verification, and title documentation, with the ability to lead and manage multiple TSR projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct and review Title Search Reports (TSR) for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
• Examine chain of title, ownership documents, and encumbrance records.
• Verify land records such as Jamabandi, Khasra, Map, Patta, Sale Deed, and Mutation entries.
• Coordinate with Sub-Registrar, Patwari, and Tehsil offices for ground verification and certified copies.
• Draft and finalize legal opinions and due diligence reports.
• Supervise associates and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Eligibility Criteria :

Compensation :

CTC : ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
