Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in the healthcare sector , including dietary supplements, OTC drugs, and cosmetics.
  • Conduct direct client visits across Gujarat, Surat, Indore, and surrounding areas to establish and grow business relationships.
  • Deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients based on their specific regulatory and certification needs.
  • Promote healthcare certification services by clearly communicating value propositions and service benefits.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base in the defined territory.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to foster retention , renewals, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Update all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data in CRM tools accurately and regularly.
  • Monitor market trends , competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
  • Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Support brand-building activities through participation in marketing campaigns, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Education :
  • B.Sc / B.Tech in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology
  • (MBA in Marketing is preferred)
  • Experience :
  • 6 months – 1 year of B2B direct sales experience , preferably in healthcare certifications, pharmaceuticals, or assurance services.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role , with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
