Role Summary :

Support our Business Development Head by managing vendor registrations, certifications, and licensing processes with aerospace & defence customers (HAL, DRDO, ISRO, private OEMs).

Responsibilities :

• Handle vendor registrations and licensing on OEM portals
• Coordinate documentation for HAL, DRDL, ISRO, BDL, BEL, and private companies
• Prepare and submit forms, certifications, compliance documents
• Track renewal dates and maintain all vendor-related records
• Support tender documentation and pre-qualification paperwork
• Work with BD Head for vendor follow-ups and approvals
