Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales cycle for our solutions and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities :
Identify and develop qualified leads for our solutions and services in the defined territory Achieve and exceed assigned targets for qualified leads and other performance matrices. Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships with multi-level decision-makers. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions & services. Schedule qualified meetings / demos for pre-sales consultants. Build and maintain contact database of clients and prospects. Coordinate and participate in targeted lead generation and nurturing campaign. Develop and maintain knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, target markets etc. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM
Job Qualifications :
4-7 years’ experience in Sales / Marketing of software or Services in B2B environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or appropriate field. Must have the aptitude and passion for Technology & Sales. Track record in lead generation for IT solutions and services in India, APAC, ME and US Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization Ability to build connections with CXO / VP / GM level executives Ability to write creative content for social media posts, email campaigns etc. Hands-on experience prospecting, cold calling, database building and lead generation. Familiar with a wide range of marketing practices and lead generation tactics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented and collaborative work environment. 2 Must have good industry network and existing relationship with C-level contacts. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related applications. Highly adaptable, process oriented, result driven, quick learner and team player. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills. Possess high motivation, initiative, enthusiasm, integrity, discipline and commitment.
