Position Overview :

Our client, a renowned and well-established broker-dealer, is seeking an experienced Institutional Equities Cash Futures Arbitrage Dealer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Indian equities market, with a deep understanding of cash and futures arbitrage strategies. This role focuses on optimizing trading strategies, managing risk, and providing liquidity to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and manage cash and futures arbitrage trades for institutional clients, ensuring optimal pricing and execution.
• Analyze market trends and volatility to identify arbitrage opportunities between cash and futures markets.
• Collaborate with research teams to develop and refine trading strategies based on macroeconomic insights and market conditions.
• Monitor and manage portfolio risk, ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop robust trading models and algorithms to enhance trading efficiency and performance.
• Maintain relationships with key institutional clients, providing market insights and trade execution support.
• Prepare daily and weekly trading reports, summarizing performance metrics and market analysis for senior management.
• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the trading landscape.

Qualifications :

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
