About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier SAP professionals across various modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, ABAP, etc.) to support our business and delivery functions.
Note : This role specifically requires expertise in SAP recruitment. Applications with generic recruitment experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand SAP-specific hiring needs and role expectations.
- Source qualified SAP candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical and functional SAP roles.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with HRBPs and delivery SPOCs to align on hiring priorities and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP recruitment (either in-house or through an agency).Strong understanding of SAP modules and role-specific requirements.Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and work with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
