This UX Designer role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Customer Channels Group (CCG).

As a UX Designer, you will be involved in developing and improving user-focused digital experiences that empower both customers and internal partners.

A day in the Life :

Develop user-centered digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital tools that support customer interactions and service delivery.

Employ user research and usability testing to validate development decisions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Building, Human–Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX or interaction composition.

Experience working in agile or cross-functional product development environments.

Proficiency in building and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Solid grasp of responsive and adaptive development principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with build systems and accessibility standards.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role operates in a typical office environment. Flexibility to work in an agile and dynamic workplace is essential.
