Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Quality Assurance (BA QA) to support ERP re-implementations and Digital Transformation engagements. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with hands-on quality assurance/testing capabilities and play a key role in bridging business needs with technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and validate business requirements (workshops, interviews, BRDs)
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across business functions
• Analyse existing data structures, perform data mapping and support ERP data migration
• Define test strategies, build test scenarios and create test scripts for ERP/Digital solutions
• Execute test cases, capture defects and manage test progress
• Drive quality assurance across the project lifecycle and ensure adherence to required standards
• Support change management through documentation and user training
• Coordinate UAT and validate alignment of new digital capabilities to business goals
• Identify opportunities for test automation and process optimisation

Criteria / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
• 6+ years' experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
• Experience across ERP (preferably re-implementation / migration) and Digital Transformation
• Hands-on with test strategy, test case design, UAT and defect tracking
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
