We are hiring for a US Voice Process role based in Malad Mindspace, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries from US customers

Deliver high-quality customer experience

Resolve concerns effectively and professionally

Maintain accuracy while documenting interactions

Qualifications

HSC / Graduate Freshers can apply

Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

Comfortable working in Night Shifts

Preferred Skills

Confidence and fluency in English

Pay range and compensation package

25k - 38k CTC

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Off
