Job descriptionBachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field. Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office. Good communication and organizational skills. Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Track service payments for ongoing projects and maintain records.
- Assist in following up with clients and internal teams for pending payments.
- Help prepare reports on received, pending, and overdue payments.
- Support finance and project teams in reconciling accounts and resolving payment issues.
- Maintain proper documentation to ensure smooth financial operations within Projects Department.
