Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trademark Associate at L.R.Swami Co. located in Chennai .

The Trademark Associate will be responsible for handling a wide range of trademark matters including drafting of trademark applications, drafting cease and desist notices, attending show cause hearings, trademark prosecution, trademark portfolio management (Preferably candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in an IP law firm )

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Trademark Law,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law
