Assistant manager - accounts, tax, mis & compliance

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at a Overseas Fintech Group. As an Assistant Manager - Accounts & Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing -

• Accounting & Financial Reporting : End to End Accounting, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
• MIS Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Notes to Account and Ledger Scrutiny.
• Taxation & Compliance : Support preparation of Direct tax and Indirect Tax filings and compliance documentation
• Audit Support : Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
