Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Professional with strong communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidatewill play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goals

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a healthy and positive work environment

Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism

Conduct performance reviews and assist department heads in talent management and succession planning

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review

Foster transparent communication and act as a bridge between management and employees.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented mindset

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional certifications (such as SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) will be an added advantage
