We are seeking a talented individual to join our Products team at Mercer Mettl. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

About the Role :
As a Consultant in our Products team, you will play a significant role in the firm’s growth and client success. You will support clients globally, and ensure they are able to positively impact their business outcomes. You will work with internal and external clients and partners across the globe on projects across various sectors including banking, government entities, retail, academic institutions, pharmaceuticals, and aviation. You will work alongside the client experience team on each client’s development and succession requirements. More importantly, you will ensure that you build and maintain positive relationships with your clients and across the team.
Responsibilities :
Solution Development & Management
Support or lead the implementation of productized offerings with our clients.
Work with clients to tailor the standardized solution just enough to meet their specific context.
Standardize methodologies and frameworks to allow repeatable use across clients.
Maintain and update solutions to reflect new trends, client feedback, and lessons from deployments.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
Documentation, Framework & Methodology Development
Maintain thorough documentation of existing assessments, processes, and tools.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in assessment technologies, psychometrics, and competency modeling to provide the best solutions possible for a client collaboration with Platform Team
Work closely with the platform team to ensure seamless upload and integration of assessments and related content onto the platform.
Ensure the assessments are optimized for use on various platforms, ensuring a smooth experience for end-users.
Knowledge Sharing & Consulting Team Support
Provide training and knowledge sharing with the team to help them understand assessment tools, methodologies, and competencies.
Provide ongoing support to ensure team members can effectively communicate assessment results to clients and stakeholders.
Project Management
Manage and oversee new client projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
Minimum Requirement :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology( preferred)
At least 3-4 years of experience in assessments, solutioning, deployment and working with clients, in a talent assessment setting.
Experience in using and working competency frameworks, leading projects and providing client solutions.
Understanding of psychometrics, 360’s and cognitive tools.
Familiarity with assessment platforms and methodologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired experience and qualifications in talent assessment, including but not limited to BPS Test User : Occupational Ability and Personality (formerly BPS Level A & B), certification in Assessment and Development Centres and certification in assessment tools such as Hogan and Saville.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
