Responsibilities
Lead copy development across mainline & integrated campaigns.
Collaborate closely with art, strategy, and account teams to create impactful ideas.
Maintain high-quality writing standards and ensure brand tonality across all deliverables.
Mentor junior writers and guide them through brainstorming, crafting, and refining work.
Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with cultural trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in copywriting within creative / advertising agencies.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual work, storytelling ability, and campaign thinking.
Ability to handle multiple brands and deliver under tight timelines.
Excellent command over English and a knack for crisp, insightful writing.
Experience leading a copy team is a plus.
