  • Invoice Processing Po and Non-PO

  • Vendor query Resolution

  • Other monthly reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP

    • Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
  • Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups / maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
  • Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Problem solving skills

  • Cash Application and allocation
  • Understanding on Credit Management
  • Credit Insurance and follow-up
  • Forecasting of cash flows

  • Journal entry processing

  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP
  • Execute day to day operational tasks
  • Deliver as per agreed timelines
