Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen - Commis & DCDP, CDP (Continental, Bakery pastry / pastry chef, asian) located in the Middle East Countries (Kuwait , Qatar , Oman , Bahrain , Dubai , Saudi Arabia) or 4

• Hotel & Restaurants.. The role involves daily tasks such as food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and cooking. The candidate will be expected to execute culinary skills across various cuisines and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food service. Effective communication within the kitchen team is essential for smooth operation.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.

Ensure accurate portioning and presentation of dishes.

Assist in inventory and stock management.

Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Adjust cooking processes based on feedback and ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

Food Preparation and Cooking skills

Hygiene standards knowledge

Effective Communication skills

Culinary Skills proficiency

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Certification in Culinary Arts is a plus

Prior experience in a similar role

Diploma / Degree in HM will be an Advantage.

Strong communication skills needed
