Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible solutions, ensuring that the user experience is both optimized and aligned with technical feasibility. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve usability and functionality, all while maintaining a focus on the overall design intent.Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation / contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate user testing sessions to gather insights and feedback on prototypes.- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with engineering teams.Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
