Job descriptionCS qualified / pursuing or Law graduate (LLB). 1–3 years’ experience in legal, CS, or compliance roles. Good understanding of the Companies Act, LLP Act and commercial contracts. Strong drafting and documentation skills. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Good communication and confidentiality standards.

Role Overview
We are seeking to hire a Legal and Compliance Executive to handle contract execution, corporate filings, and routine legal / compliance support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet customer, vendor, lease and service agreements.
- Manage contract execution (physical / digital), maintain trackers, and ensure renewals / compliance.
- Coordinate contract execution (physical and digital), maintain proper documentation and trackers.
- Maintain a central repository of all agreements with proper version control and renewal / expiry tracking.
- Oversee the filing of ROC / MCA forms, maintain statutory registers and minutes.
- Support the development of legal templates, policies, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel for legal and compliance matters.
