Architect Discipline Project Lead

to drive industrial, pharma, FMCG, automotive, new energy & data centre projects.

Highlights

Master planning, layouts, schematic & working drawings, PEB works

BIM / Revit leadership (LOD 100–400), coordination & quality control

Strong knowledge of NBC, LEED, statutory codes & sustainable design

Client, vendor & cross-disciplinary team coordination

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit, SketchUp, Lumion preferred

Looking for architects with 15+ yrs industrial project experience & strong leadership skills.
