Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and / or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet assigned targets and KPIs (where applicable).
