About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Sourcing Manager - Technical Talent Sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition team.

In this role, you will be the engine driving our technical hiring efforts across India, Singapore, and the broader APAC region.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering top technical talent across various domains including software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative in their sourcing approach, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-role hiring environment.

For the right individual, this opportunity will evolve into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition position in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements for a wide range of technical positions.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each role and region using :
  • Boolean search logic
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • GitHub, StackOverflow, and relevant niche platforms
  • Source high-caliber passive talent across software development, cloud / infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, and cybersecurity domains.
  • Manage and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple geographies, with a focus on India, Singapore, and APAC.
  • Handle concurrent sourcing for 810 technical roles at any given time, ensuring speed without compromising on quality.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal trackers regularly to reflect sourcing progress.
  • Prepare and share weekly sourcing reports and pipeline status updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the sourcing journey.

What Were Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in technical talent sourcing, preferably within a regional (APAC) or global hiring environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple tech roles simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
  • Deep familiarity with sourcing tools and strategies, including Boolean search, advanced LinkedIn searches, and outreach best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the tech talent market in India and Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
  • Career-oriented mindset with an interest in transitioning into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role in the future.
  • Good to Have (Bonus Points)

  • Experience sourcing for early-stage startups or high-growth product companies.
  • Exposure to using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
  • Prior experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill tech roles
