Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Daily tasks include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff, managing employee relations, overseeing payroll, benefits, and performance management, and implementing HR policies and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
