About the Role
This is retention sales role to build LNRS business in the specific verticals like Banking and NBFC, in South Aisa. Work closely with key stakeholders (internal & external) in responsible for growing and retaining revenue through proactively selling a range of industry leading KYC, Financial Crime, Fraud and Cyber Security solutions
Responsibilities
Building and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus
Identifying develops and typically closes sales opportunities
Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
Achieving revenue and incremental targets by increasing revenue spend per existing account
May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies
Account / Relationship Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines General Profile Works with moderately complex territory / assigned accounts, products / services, sales or account management processes
Have direct contact with clients and moderate authority / opportunity to set and negotiate product / service terms Continues to build knowledge of business, financials, products / services, the market or account needs
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience with strong prospecting skills.
Skilled in value-based negotiation and customer engagement.
Problem solver who collaborates on creative solutions.
Adaptable to market changes and opportunities.
Self-starter and reliable team player with initiative.
Makes informed judgments from multiple data sources.
Willing to travel as needed for business.
Effective communicator able to present techno-functional content to diverse audiences.
