The role of the Campaign Analyst spans all phases of the Client Campaign Lifecycle, including Estimation, Design, Campaign Build and QC, Deployment, and Reporting activities for campaigns that will deploy across one or more communication channels (multichannel). The Campaign Analyst plays a collaborative role, working closely with the client’s CRM / marketing team to successfully bring campaigns to market.

Broad Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong data & campaign understanding of the client’s business.
  • Develop campaign workflows for audience selection and segmentation, and deployment of campaigns across channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process for the client, including participation in client meetings, managing the client’s mailing calendar, asset review, campaign creation, change management, approval process, report generation, QA, campaign scheduling, and post-deployment validation and monitoring.
  • Perform QC on the campaigns to ensure data, functional and content accuracy.
  • Provide post-deployment support, engaging in activities such as data analysis, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and other performance indicators.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction by delivering campaigns on time and with accuracy.
  • Work with the client in identifying campaign opportunities for use cases like increasing retention and increase in customer value.
  • Identify campaigns and journeys to be implemented in support of objectives.
  • Own campaign impact assessment and learnings.
  • Primary escalation contacts for Client issues / questions related to email campaigns.

Skills Required

  • Very strong analytical skills and business orientation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented Internet environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers.
  • Hands-on experience with any marketing automation systems.
  • Experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of : HTML, CSS, SQL, Excel.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to analyse campaign performance, with experience in measuring KPIs and making data-driven optimizations.
