Job Description -

Design and optimize RF transceivers, receivers, and front-end modules.
Develop LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, couplers, resonators, and dividers (2–5 GHz).
Perform link-budget calculations, system simulations, and performance optimization.
Design RF PCBs, power modules, and low-noise signal chains.
Conduct EM simulations (S-parameters, stability) using ADS, CST, EMPro, or similar tools.
Carry out antenna design, simulation, and validation.
Oversee integration, verification, and testing of RF prototypes.
Ensure compliance with target performance metrics (ACPR, EVM, CCDF, NF, sensitivity).

Minimum Qualifications and Experience -

B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or RF & Microwave Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on RF design experience.

Required Expertise -

Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as ADS, CST, EMPro, and HFSS.

Strong background in RFIC and mixed-signal design, along with system-level performance analysis.

Hands-on experience in RF testing and measurement, including RF PCB handling and use of instruments such as VNA, spectrum analyzer, and oscilloscope.
