Job descriptionDevelop and manage OData services for seamless data communication between SAP backend systems and modern front-end applications (e.g., SAP Fiori, external applications). Work on integration scenarios, utilizing knowledge of RFC, BAPI, and web services within the SAP landscape. Apply development expertise specifically within SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) projects, covering areas such as payroll, personnel administration, time management, or benefits. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within existing HCM custom developments and standard functionalities. Provide effective technical support for deployed solutions, including root cause analysis and timely resolution of critical issues. Ensure strict adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and security guidelines in all developed solutions. Experience : 2 to 4 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development, support, or implementation. Core ABAP : Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming. Advanced ABAP : Mandatory experience with ABAP Object-Oriented (OO) programming. Integration : Experience developing and managing OData services for modern applications. Module Experience : Direct development experience working on SAP HCM projects. Familiarity with SAP Fiori / UI5 development concepts. Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for ABAP programs and database operations. Experience with ALV, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms development. Location : Hyderabad Experience : 24 Years
