Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Support business teams in renewing accounts and ensuring growth optimization

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with business and cross-functional teams
  • Structure benefit design solutions tailored to client needs, including expertise in flexible benefits solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions effectively.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to provide cutting-edge advice to clients.
  • Help corporates protect what matters most—their people—through innovative benefit strategies.
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and flexible benefits.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of market trends and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and articulate insights to drive decision-making
