• Actively handling Document Management System
• Should have good knowledge of Word Excel and Out look
• Should be able to revert on the query emails sent by candidates and the managers which need immediate attention
• Preparing PDFs keeping client’s records
• As a proficient MS office user actively involved in formatting the resumes as per predefined styles, sent by the account managers which needed to be presented to the client.
• Uploading soft copies of joining documents into various portal after verification
• Good and grow. team player
• Should be proactive and go getter
• Open and always willing to learn
