Job Overview :
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the institution’s digital strategy with a primary focus on lead generation, brand visibility, and increasing student enrollments . The role requires expertise in managing all digital channels, including social media, SEO / SEM, website, and digital campaigns, while ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive admissions .
- Manage and enhance the institution’s social media presence , content, and engagement across platforms.
- Plan and monitor SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Oversee website performance, analytics, and user experience , ensuring AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) readiness.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for impactful digital communication and campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital initiatives and lead conversions .
- Stay updated on digital trends in the education sector to maintain competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing , preferably in an educational institution (mandatory).Strong understanding of lead funnels, AEO / SEO, and digital campaign analytics.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
