Senior Backend Engineer (Python, Django REST Framework, AWS)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. You will be a core contributor to our backend services, focusing on system stability, performance, and the development of high-impact features. Your expertise in Python, Django, RESTful APIs, and cloud architecture will be crucial in building and scaling our platform.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Expert proficiency in Python and the Django framework, including the Django ORM.
• Strong, proven experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) for designing and building robust, scalable RESTful APIs .
• In-depth, hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM).
• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and querying for both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Redis, MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and deployment / orchestration concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with modern code intelligence tools like Claude Code or Cursor to enhance development speed and code quality.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows (e.g., branching, merging).
