Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience, which may include full-time roles, internships, or summer jobs, demonstrating accountability and a willingness to learn in a structured work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to read and understand complex formulas, modify existing spreadsheets, and create new formulas to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Hands-on experience with other Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to prepare presentations, manage documentation, and coordinate communications effectively.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist team members and business users in resolving data or process-related issues efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a proactive attitude in addressing stakeholder needs and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally across different levels of the organization.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
