Lead Project Manager - Database Administration (RAC)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Database RAC Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the IT BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) in high-demand environments, leading teams, and driving database strategies that enhance performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle RAC databases in a mission-critical environment.
• Oversee database performance tuning, backup, recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of database administrators, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and performance optimization.
• Develop and enforce best practices for database security, monitoring, and compliance within the BFSI sector.
• Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure database scalability and performance.
• Engage in disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and availability.
