Role Definition :

Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services.

Responsibilities :

• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
• Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
• Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering

Degree Requirement : A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred from a Tier 1 University / College.
