Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior AWS Data Architect to lead a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative.

The role will focus on designing and implementing a Lakehouse (Medallion) architecture that seamlessly integrates AWS, Databricks, Dremio, and Atlan to support advanced analytics, governance, and GenAI-driven workloads.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS data platforms, data modeling, and lakehouse delivery, with the ability to drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices across the data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of Lakehouse architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers).
• Architect batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using AWS Kinesis, DMS, and Glue.
• Oversee data curation and storage using Delta Lake / Iceberg formats, including data quality gates with Great Expectations.
• Enable enterprise analytics through Power BI integration via the Dremio semantic layer.
• Integrate SageMaker and Bedrock to support machine learning and RAG-based GenAI workloads.
• Establish governance frameworks with Lake Formation, Atlan, IAM, and KMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
