Job description

Role : Full Stack Developer

Required Experience : 4 – 7 years

Job Location : Pune / Bengaluru

Must have Skills : FastAPI (Capable),Node JS,React (Expert)

Key Responsibilities :

Define and lead application architecture across complex digital systems, emphasizing modular, reusable, and scalable designs.
Architect solutions using modern stacks (React, Angular, Next JS, Node.js, Python, FAST API, GraphQL), cloud services (AWS / Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
Manage delivery of full SDLC from requirement elaboration to go-live using Agile / SCRUM.
Own workstream plans, backlog prioritization, QA governance, and cross-functional coordination.
Partner with client IT and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and refine delivery architecture for key digital initiatives.
Translate ambiguous requirements into structured user journeys and scalable design blueprints.
Present solution architecture tailoring communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills Required :

Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions across one or more of the following archetypes :

Customer-facing Digital Portals (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud, custom-built HCP / patient apps)

Conversational UI / Chatbots integrated with GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

Full-stack SaaS Platforms with rich front-end interactivity and secure APIs
