Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Chennai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales.
- Make outbound calls to US Technology Companies (IT Services, SaaS, Software Providers).
- Identify decision-makers, introduce company services, and set appointments for the BD Team.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Technology Prospects.
- Research IT / Technology companies to identify potential outsourcing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and lead trackers.
- Support BD team by transferring leads with detailed notes.
Qualifications
1–3 years of telecalling / lead generation experience (preferably with US / UK / Middle East / International Clients).Strong Communication in English (verbal and written) and Customer Service skillsPrior telesales experience is a plusProven Sales skillsUnderstanding of IT / tech services terminology will be an advantage.Comfortable working in night shift (UK / US hours).Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is added advantage
