About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ticketing Executive to lead our corporate ticketing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-handling expertise, deep GDS knowledge, and manage domestic and international flight bookings, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end flight reservations, issuing tickets, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate directly with individual clients to manage travel bookings and itinerary changes.
• Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for accurate ticketing and fare searches.
• Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and promotional fares.
• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone calls, emails, and chat support.
• Manage travel documentation, including invoices, receipts, and confirmations.
• Ensure bookings comply with company standards and maintain record accuracy for reporting.
