We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Engineer to join our CNC Machine Shop team at TAK Automation Coimbatore, a leading valve and pump manufacturer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• CNC Machine Operation : Operate and monitor a variety of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HTC) with a keen eye for detail and a focus on producing high-quality components.
• Team Collaboration : Actively participate in a team-oriented environment. You will be expected to work closely with senior machinists and engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize production processes, and share knowledge.
• Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve machining and process challenges. A positive, "can-do" attitude is essential, especially when facing new or complex tasks.
• Quality and Precision : Perform rigorous in-process and final inspections to ensure every part meets our stringent quality standards. This requires an uncompromising commitment to accuracy.
• Maintenance & Improvement : Conduct routine machine maintenance checks and contribute ideas for process improvement, safety, and efficiency.
• Documentation : Maintain clear and accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
