Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Graphic Designer at The Sleep Company, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across digital, print, and social media. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to create compelling visuals that communicate our brand values and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, website banners, emailers, packaging, and performance ads.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging into engaging visual communication.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all channels while experimenting with new creative styles and formats.
- Work on photo editing, product retouching, and image manipulation for website and e-commerce platforms.
- Create layouts for brochures, flyers, catalogs, and offline collaterals when needed.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in the D2C, wellness, and e-commerce space.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to campaign concepts, and deliver creatives in a timely manner.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or After Effects is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles across digital and print.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Understanding of brand aesthetics, color theory, typography, and design principles.Experience in designing for performance marketing (Facebook / Google Ads) is a strong advantage.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating consumer-centric designs.
