Job description

Humans of Bombay is India’s largest and most impactful storytelling platform, creating original content IPs, brand campaigns, and digital properties that move millions. We work with leading brands and agencies to create powerful narratives that drive both impact and business results.

We are now expanding our Business Development team in  Delhi NCR and Bangalore  to strengthen our presence and revenue growth in key markets.

Location :  Delhi NCR / Bangalore

Experience Required :  5–6 years+ in digital content sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth : Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, brand integrations, and content IP monetization.
  • Brand Partnerships : Build and manage relationships with brands and agencies to identify collaboration opportunities across campaigns, IPs, and custom storytelling formats.
  • Content IP Selling : Actively pitch Humans of Bombay’s existing and upcoming content IPs to clients and agencies; secure sponsorships and long-term partnerships.
  • Agency & Client Network : Leverage and grow an active network of media agencies and direct brand clients in the Delhi NCR / Bangalore ecosystem.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership : From lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closure, own the entire business development process.
  • Reporting & Updates : Ensure consistent pipeline management, with daily updates on meetings, pitches, and progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to co-develop impactful brand stories.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital content sales, branded content, influencer marketing, or digital media partnerships.
  • Strong network and relationships within brands, agencies, and media buying ecosystems.
  • Excellent pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a strong team player.
  • Passion for content, storytelling, and the digital ecosystem.
