This critical role involves managing quality systems for mission-critical products, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across all stages of product development.

Role Overview :

Lead and develop quality assurance and control functions for advanced aerospace and space systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality best practices from concept to deployment, maintain rigorous certification standards, and mentor a high-impact team.

Responsibilities :

• Drive overall QA & QC strategy for design, manufacturing, and testing of aerospace components.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ECSS, and other relevant standards.
• Implement quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee supplier quality audits and testing protocols including vibration, thermal vacuum, and environmental assessments.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to uphold certifications.
• Partner with engineering and program management teams on quality integration.
• Lead and mentor an expert QA & QC team focused on innovation and accountability.
• Utilize data-driven analysis to enhance quality and efficiency.
