Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the  end-to-end delivery  of SAP projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution within budget.
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership to project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability across teams.
• Ensure  client satisfaction  by maintaining clear communication, addressing concerns, and delivering on expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Drive  continuous improvement  in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation, project planning, and team performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, working proactively to identify risks and deliver solutions.
• Ensure adherence to  SAP best practices  and quality standards across all projects.
